She'll play wild card and top junior Michele Larcher de Brito (well, former top junior, she doesn't bother to play in juniors these days) next - she's only just turned 16 and is already 124 in the world.

Glad she won, must have been playing with her left hand in the first. One win away from top 50 then.
L32: (4) Anne Keothavong WR 52 def. Maria Elena Camerin (ITA) WR 119 3-6 6-3 6-1 L16: (4) Anne Keothavong WR 52 v Michelle Larcher De Brito (ITA) WR 123
GOOD LUCK ANNE! MLDB is a good player, obviously a great young talent. She's very small and a counterpuncher, havent really seen much of her but I hear shes quite quick and a fighter just like Anne. I think Anne should be able to take her out, but it could get tricky. Good luck!

Very well done Anne, I was confident she would come back from that set down though. Will be interesting against De Brito (who is Portugese by the way!)
Anne's doubles is 6th on Court 1 today with play starting at 4pm GMT again. Still no sign of Sarah & Courtney though.
Glad she won, must have been playing with her left hand in the first.
Perhaps she didn't want to beat up Camerin too badly when she's playing doubles with her this week.
Her twitter says "Got the win, took longer than I would've liked. Missed Sampras play Hewitt-was still on court grinding it out. Loving Lily Allen's new album"
