Probably not a surprise that they lost, but it's decent match practice for Murray at least in terms of doubles for the Davis Cup, and it gives him a feel for the court as well.

Not the best draw for Jamie either, as his opponents are decent (although Andreev's doubles ability is in question), and he hasn't been in great form this season/

Yes folk, don't worry about Andy losing, the illustrious BBC website ( more references elsewhere ! )  isn't bothered about Andy losing and I don't think is worried about James, full stop !

"So he's out in the first round. No big deal.

The doubles wasn't what Andy Murray came to Rotterdam for, and I'm sure he and partner James Auckland weren't expecting to knock out the fourth seeds Knowle and Ram anyway."

They took the second set 7-5, now I suppose it's a MTB. I hate it when matches are decided by tiebreak. Just toss a coin already!
