Ross Hutchins & Stephen Huss will attempt to continue the form which saw them reach 3 succesive ATP finals at the end of 2008. In the first round they tackle the German pair of Michael Kohlmann & Phillip Petzschner.

At the 19th time of asking the Germans won a point against serve...and then another...and then another..but H&H saved 2 bps and it is 5-4*.
