Overlapping with the Salk Open is a second Swedish Grade 4, which sees John-Randolph Thornton compete in his third main draw within the last 2 weeks. There are no Brits in the Girls event.

Bizarrely it actually started yesterday, overlapping with the Stockholm tournament. In fact Oliver was originally scheduled to play his round 1 match here on the same day as the Stockholm final. However the organisers relented, and allowed him to play 2 matches today, and he has taken advantage.........

Yes, he will rise from just inside 1000 to the top 400, overtaking George Morgan as our highest ranked '93

He was on the original acceptance list for a Grade 4 event in Germany in a week's time.
