much appreciated 2 th people who did stay awake i just cudnt handle it.
gd 2 c we stil hav sum interest in Qr2 bt wud of bn nice 4 it to be someone new nd making an impression. no offence to boggo a great win on his part keeping it together at th end with now a gd chance 2 qualify i wud say
i agree Shaun, it would be nice to see some of the others performing, but to be fair to them Wardy and Slabba are both pretty new to GS qualies and Josh has done well in the past in them.
Boggo looks to be edging back on track as well. coming through in a tight 3rd set in a event he (seemed to) choke in badly last year is a good sign.

Unbelievably the LTA website has already been updated! Is this their new year resolution?
Alex Bogdanovic upset the No.24 seed on Wednesday in the first round of qualifying for the Australian Open.
Bogdanovic, who is competing in the Aussie Open qualies for the third time, defeated Mikhail Kukushkin of Kazakhstan 6-2 4-6 6-4.
The British No.2 will now meet Frenchman Sebastian De Chaunac in the second round, needing three wins in total to join Andy Murray in the main draw.
Last week, the 24 year-old reached the singles and doubles quarter-finals at his first tournament of the year, the $75k Challenger in New Caledonia.
Meanwhile, Josh Goodall, James Ward and Alex Slabinsky all bowed out in the opening round in Melbourne Goodall losing to Slovakian Pavol Cervenak 6-7(5) 6-3 4-6, Ward losing to Italian Gianluca Naso 5-7 4-6 and Slabinsky losing to Russian Alexandre Kudryavtsev 4-6 0-6.
