Jonny is down for a 15k+H tournament in Germany starting on the 26th January, along with Colin Fleming and Chris Eaton.

POINTS DEFENCES THIS WEEK:
Singles
250 -  Murray   *

Doubles
60  -  Jamie Murray*

* - Based on 2008 Points (likely to double)

We've got one of those annoying time shifts at the start of 2009 - these points are due to come off on 5 Jan, i.e. at the end of 2008 week 53 / start of 2009 week 1 instead of the end of week 1.

Wardy is likely to end up making the cut for AO Q, so I imagine he may go down there early and try to qualify for one of the week 1 tournaments. No idea about Jonny yet, I'm surprised not to see him in the Sheffield Future entry list.

Given that he tends to underperform at Futures level compared to Challengers, perhaps he's going to try Challenger qualifying - full Q/Alt lists aren't available for Challengers so it's impossible to tell at the moment.

Talking of Sheffield, Kinsella, Brassington et al seem to be shunning their 'home' Future too, unless I've missed something!
