With the falling £ though, that will benefit the British players a lot next year (prize funds being awarded in $'s) I presume? It still looks incredibly tough though.

I like the optimism in that post. I was more worried about the sterling rise in players overseas costs!

Not necessarily: some prize money is quoted in euros & thus, presumably, paid in that currency & the pound is fast approaching parity with that, but holding up rather better against the $!
