i wonder how serious this injury is. Hopefully nothing too bad. I believe he is having a few days break then will be heading to Florida to train. I wonder if it is the same training camp as Andy is going to?

The Bogster turned out to be one of four players who retired during this tournament and strangely the drawsheet gives the reason for his withdrawal as a left arm injury when that press report that Stircrazy saw clearly said it was his "muslo izquierdo", i.e. left thigh.

No. 7 seed Rui Machado was the only seed to reach the semis and the Final was between unseeded Zemla, who won, and Alund, who wasn't even in the top 300 at the start of the tournament!
