Vickers seems to have improved a lot since last year.

I haven't seen her play, but looking at her results she does seem capable of beating some reasonable players.

Good day in the office. Wish I could be in Sunderland....

Tara often thrives on the top 500 players, so tomorrow could be interesting. Laura also will have to play well to win. Don't want to try and guess the Brown-Ren game, though I suspect Kat's experience may see her through. I don't put it past Sam Vickers to win again-she is playing well right now.

A relatively optimistic happycynic. Well, I'm sure that is a bad sign. Probably just the Obama effect.
