Another not very friendly main draw for the Brits you'd otherwise expect to pick up some points, but plenty of chances for some more heroics if they feel up to it! I noticed that at least three of the players in the draw have seen their rankings change by around 100 places today, so if you notice big differences from the rankings shown on the drawsheet, that's why!

L32 Q1: (1) Richard Bloomfield WR 316 v Tim Goransson (SWE) WR 659
L32 Q1: Ian Flanagan WR 809 v Dylan Sessagesimi (SUI) WR 865
L32 Q1: (Q) Mathew James UNR v (Q) Milos Sekulic (SWE) WR 1392
L32 Q1: (5) Ken Skupski WR 562 v Daniel Cox WR 841

L32 Q2: (WC) Josh Milton WR 831 v (4) Grégoire Burquier (FRA) WR 545
L32 Q2: (Q) Maniel Bains WR 1028 v Adrien Bossel (SUI) WR 852
No Brits in the bottom half of Q2, where the seed is Mecir.

L32 Q3: Colin Fleming WR 819 v (8) Daniel Danilovic (MNE) WR 625
L32 Q3: (WC) Daniel Smethurst WR 1019 v (WC) Jack Carpenter UNR
L32 Q3: Neil Bamford WR 711 v Petru Luncanu (ROU) WR 680
L32 Q3: Matt Illingworth WR 751 v (3/Q) Jean-Noël Insausti (FRA) WR 456

L32 Q4: (WC) James Marsalek UNR v (6) Robert Varga (HUN) WR 599
L32 Q4: (Q) Burnham Arldige WR 985 v Jurgen Zopp (EST) WR 665
L32 Q4: (Q) Neil Pauffley WR 1471 v Yann Marti (SUI) WR 823
Winner to play (2) Cerovic or (LL) Grusiecki

But Marsalek and Carpenter did fairly well in the British Tour last week as well which has been linked to futures WCs in the past.

Having said that your point still stands because Leahy, the winner, didn't get the wc!

Milton and Bam-Bam (beating last week's runner-up) seem to be the stars so far - Colin too, but he's underranked for obvious reasons and I was expecting him to win that one.

L16 Q1: (1) Richard Bloomfield WR 316 v Ian Flanagan WR 809 or Dylan Sessagesimi (SUI) WR 865
L16 Q1: (5) Ken Skupski WR 562 v (Q) Mathew James UNR or (Q) Milos Sekulic (SWE) WR 1392
