Alex lost 6-4, 6-3. I don't know about everyone else but right now I feel a sense of inevitability when Alex goes on court.

Only since the DC tie though.

Between Wimby and DC: W 12 L 5 with 1 title. smile

Since DC: W 0 L 4 cry

Of course, including the DC rubbers and the QF loss in Orléans, he's now lost 7 matches in a row which can't be doing much for the confidence. cry

it certainly feels that way at the moment. its a typical boggo run really as he seems to bounce from loss to loss. i remember Josh was unwell recently and now Alex is, maybe they have passed it on to each other!

they play in the dubs today, but really i am expecting a loss.

the only good thing is neither have too many points to defend so they aren't plumetting down the rankings.

Another bad week for Boggo it seems... maybe he should just call it quits for the season and then start again in January, as anymore losses will just be worse for his confidence.

They won the doubles match confused

Oh... looks like I totally misread Count's post.... smile

Well done to the boys on the win then, and hopefully a good run in the doubles here will knock them into form for next week's event and the end of the season (although too many more singles losses and maybe they should end the season early, a doubles title always helps the confidence)
