thats a shame, after a cracking 1st round and with the draw opening up.
but he didnt get a single BP, in those circumtances it will always be tough, especially when you are facing 13 bp's on your own serve over 2 sets - to only lose 2 breaks is not that bad (but unfortunately its what counts)

Disappointing loss for Eaton, who doesn't seem to be able to string the wins together at the lower level for some reason.

He does need to start picking up the point soon though as not to have a catatrosphic drop in his ranking when Wimbledon comes around again

Yes, given how well he does in qualifying for the higher-level events, it seems amazing that Chris has only managed back to back main draw wins in one event this year, and that was a Russian Future back in April!

Good effort, and a shame that he lost, but Rodrigues does look to be on a bit of a roll at the moment.

That said, it is the kind of match he does need to be winning if he wants to move towards the top 100
