Acording to her opponent's biggest fan on TF, Georgie won.

That would be great if confirmed. In the next round should could face a WC, a Q'r, a yank ranked 241 or the 6th seed ranked 151...not too bad.

If correct it will be either the number 6 seed Varvara Lepchenko, who beat Georgie 2 weeks ago, or the WC Shenay Perry, who was top 50 2 years ago, and is on the comeback trail - so not that good either!

Well that certainly was the two hardest draws she could get...Georgie is playing well and confidence is a great thing. Fingers crossed.

This QF could take Georgie into the top 200 for the first time. A win definitely would.

It's Lepchenko again (Georgie won 2&3 which is very impressive, considering the effort put in last week)

I'm hoping Georgie can get revenge for the loss a few weeks ago. It was 3 sets so who knows. It would cement Georgies place in the top 200.

Still another good week for Georgie!!!!!

If Anna Smith and Amanda Elliot can push on and Naomi find herself again we could have 7 in the top 200 soon!

Georgie is certainly heading towards 150; whether she has got enough to get inside the top 100, we will have to wait and see. Very encouraging last few months from her and hopefully she's got another good tournament left in her before the end of the season. It is noticeable that a high percentage of her recent losses have been to the eventual winner of the tournament.

Georgie really seems to hace stepped up since wimbledon. Its good to see, she was ona road to this ranking 2 years ago then got injured now she seems even better than that. Hopefully she can keep going.
