YES!! Eaton breaks the longest Brit-bashing streak there was! biggrinbiggrin

Who'd have thought the first Brit to beat Nielsen in 24 matches wouldn't get a single ranking point for it ... cry

Going to be tough, though:  Stakhovsky in the next round after he beat Bubka 3 & 4. pray.gif

Goody playing David Guez now & 'twill be Bloomers versus Antoine Feret to follow them...

Brilliant win for Eaton and finally the streak of Nielsen is over!

I think Josh and Bloomers should go on and win their first matches as well, but it's going to be tough for any of them to qualify, although I think we may get 1 qualifier here.

I've never been impressed with Stakhovksy, so Eaton could beat him, although he'd have to serve really well against him to do so.

Goodall has it tough with Manarinno and then Serra, but it would be good for him if he could sneak past one of them.

Bloomers has the best chance really, as both Ascione and Elgin are average players, but is probably the least likely to qualify unfortunately.

Excllent to see a win from Eaton. Though as Steven said, it's strange how Eaton can perform at the higher level but struggles at the lower levels, oh well. I have to say, when I saw the opponent was Nielson I pretty much wrote off the match so I'm incredibly happy right now! Staks will be very tough though so we'll see. :)
