I have just thought of the more serious side of the Bucharest mystery.

Initially I thought it was a slip up on the draw sheet and would eventually be corrected with the true entry names, but as this has not happened then it would seem that one genuine team may have been refused entry into the event because of this phantom entry, that would be very annoying.

Does anyone know if Middelkoop and Zib was actually there as well? If they was playing somewhere else then for a Romanian pair to get to the semi's with both pairs not actually being there is a little strange.
