The waiting press pack could not wait to get stuck into the team.
For the first 5-6 mins all the questions were point to JL who did his best to defend the team selection.
As it turns out Andy wanted to play even though he does have a very slight groin issue. He gets this when he switches surfaces apparently. So JL confirmed that Andy made himself available to play but didnt pick him.
Jamie was asked how he played and he was very apologetic for the way he played saying that he knew he had let everyone down. He was though surprised the way the Austrians returned but his level was not good.
One jurno asked if he wanted to make a direct apology to the fans but Jamie did not feel that was right. To be honest he already apologised for his performance earlier in the PC.
JL was asked several questions re Boggo and how he handles him 'kid gloves' or other wise. JL was quite vaque but said it was his job to boost Alex over the next day.
Ross was eventually asked a question on how he played and how he felt Boggo could do. Ross said that the Austrians played very well but that his own performance did not reflect how he had trained this week and was disapointed overall with his play.
He said that he felt Boggo was better than Peya. JL remined the pack that Baker has beaten him twice and Bloomers had MP in the Wimbledon qualies.
So JL is happy to take the wrap for the team selection. I for once agreed with him but both British players really let themselves and the country down big time.
