Does anyone actually look like they want to win the US Open!!!

None of the big 3 are playing at all well, which Djokovic needing 5 sets to beat Robredo on a fast hard court (and as much as I like Robredo, he shouldn't be troubling Djokovic), and apparantly faking his way through the match, which a lot of the commentators saying his performance is Oscar worthy.

And we have Federer struggling against Andreev, Nadal struggled yesterday against Querrey, and Davydenko 2-1 down against Muller, and has just blown 3 set points to take it into a 5th set.

Murray at least seems to have found some form, but he really should have lost to either Llodra or Melzer.

Given how well everyone is playing, Murray has got a great chance of winning the US Open and he might not get a better chance of ever winning a slam.

I did say at the start of the tournament I could see a surprise winner on either the mens/womens side - the prediction is still on

It's the Gilles Muller who after beating Nadal at Wimbledon 05 and Roddick at the US Open 05 was replaced by his evil and rubbish twin, but has just reclaimed his true identity and is out to win the US Open.

And Boggo to win the Aussie Open 09 - you heard it here first biggrin
