Looks like Shaggy might as well have played with Hutch himself and really got Ross prepared for DC.

Indeed, this makes Muzza playing doubles here even weirder, because if Muzza plays doubles in DC, Hutch won't!

I think these two could well have played their last match together unfortunately

I can see that being end of partnership. That is a shocking, shocking loss and I doubt Max will put up with this much longer, he's a multiple slam champion and will not be happy at going out R1 in 3/4 slams in the same year.

Shaggy needs to take a leaf out of his brother's book and start putting in some hard work if you ask me.

Hmmph. cry.gif

The partnership should end, no matter whether Max wants it or not. Oh, how badly I wish he still were with Butorac...

Oh no... that's a bad, bad loss... as Mertinak and Zovko are nothing more than decent doubles players at challenger level.

The partnership isn't working, and I'm guessing it will end now, as Jamie appears to have gone backwards this year (or maybe it's Mirnyi that's the problem, as Jamie seems to have done better with other partners, reaching the final in Estoril and Nottingham?)

Either way, I'd expect to see Jamie playing with someone else after the Davis Cup

Mirnyi going backward isn't impossible given where his singles game has gone...
