Sagar means "Sea" in many Asian languages...

Akhenaten, this is totally off topic, but do you know how many 1993 born players have ATP rankings right now? Whatever method you have for finding these things seems quite effective!

Ahh, thanks. Mazziotti, Velotti, Arguello and Joao Fernandes are new names to me.

Ciprian Porumb will become the first 1993 then, as he got a win in Romania this week.

Aha.  Well done young master Porumb.

I wonder when George Morgan will get his first point??

Alexandru Pasareanu of Canada is an interesting guy.  He's only just turned 15, and has already played 32 professional matches - W16 L16.

Very interesting indeed!

George will take at least a few more months to get a point, I think (unless he gets a good draw, of course). He may do the two Futures in Nottingham.

Apparantly Tomic is in line to be playing Davis Cup for Australia against Chile next month!

With Hewitt injured, and Guccione not really fancying the trip (so the rumour says), they are going to turn to Tomic and pick him to play live singles matches against Gonzo and Massu in Chile.

Be very interesting to see how he gets on on the big stage, and it wouldn't surprise me if he won a set or 2 in his 2 matches.

Nice idea, actually. I think that Evo/Cox should have been picked for the tie against Austria - they could have given Peya a match in a dead rubber if they were in their best form.

It's not like having both Ross and Jamie will be of more use...

Although Klein would have been a far better idea.

Even though Tomic is a better prospect, there's not much chance he'll do anything on clay away from his home.
