And he got 2 break points in the final set, which he didn't have in the 2nd set, so that doesn't suggest an injury though, as surely it would have gotten worse rather than finding something in the 3rd set.
Hope he's injured though, as otherwise it's a dire loss, as he should not be getting double-bagelled by Flores, and winning 1 point on his 2nd serve in the final 2 sets is horrible.
