... who could well win the 500m and the 1000m event.
And we are currently 2nd in the Star class (don't know if we can win Gold or not), are defending champs in the 4x100m relay (but will need the US and Jamaica to drop the baton), have David Davies in the 10km open water (2nd in the world championships), Sarah Stevenson in the Taekowndo (2nd in the world championships), 2 good medal shouts in the Modern Pentathlon, and 3 Boxers in the semi finals!
And that doesn't include real outside chances like one of the showjumpers, Daley in the diving, or another surprise track champion.
We'll finish 3rd, barring a storming finish by one of the other countries, which will be a stunning achievement.
(unlike the miserable effort our footballers put up, and I'm leading the bring back Steve McClaren campaign, because at least with him we occasionally played well, and we expected the same old rubbish, unlike Capello who despite his promise for change has taken us backwards)

At least Capello doesn't let the press choose his team.
Doesn't he Salmon? From what I can see, the players on the pitch tonight were the exact same players Mclaren used to pick playing the exact same rubbish football. Worse in fact!
