I think that Judy Murray has stolen them...and sneaked them into Andys via a atp/wta-cross-ranking-c++-howdaretheytakepointsawayfrommyboycausehewastired-computer hack !!!
I looked at the rankings this morning and wondered why she had dropped so much, but didn't investigate (OK couldn't as I don't know how the women's rankings work )
The ATP frequently get things wrong so I wouldn't be surprised if the WTA do as well.
(Off topic - on the men's rankings, do wild cards in Masters Series not have to score zero if they lose in the first round? ATP have given 5 points each to Young and Levine)

Yes, unless they've suddenly changed the rules without telling anyone, wild cards in Masters Series score zero if they lose in the first round eg. Levine in Indian Wells and Miami earlier this year. Basically, I'm pretty sure they have simply got it wrong again.
OK, it's fairly small and they'll no doubt sort it quite quickly, as they did for mistakes last week, but it is pretty poor. I presume someone didn't feed in a WC code or something and it wasn't picked up.
On the matter of Tara's ranking points, if Judy Murray has really stolen them and is holding them hostage, as regards Andy's missing points, it could get nasty, since I have always thought Judy was fairly feisty. I am puzzled though as to why she would pick on poor Tara
That's terrible. Especially since this would have given her direct entries into bigger event. Does she keep the money or does she have to give it to ITF/LTA/charity? At least they can't take away the experience.
But one thing that worries me is that there seems to be no system on the ITF/WTA computers that keeps track of events/wild cards? It looks like that they are just expecting people to keep to it and if they don't, they'll remove it. That's idiocy because you'll soon have some joker playing 30 events a year and getting them removed after two weeks. I bet that Julia Cohen would have done it had she known about it.
If she has broken the Age Eligibility Rule wrt wildcards then whoever looks after her affairs should be for the high jump. Penalties can be very severe, as shown below:
C. PLAYER PENALTIES In the event a player plays in a Tournament that exceeds the number and/or level permitted to be played under this rule, or enters a Tournament that in any way conflicts with this rule, that Tournament will not be counted for Ranking points for that player. Additionally, players and/or registered members of their team who do not comply with any of the provisions of this Age Eligibility Rule or the requirements of PRO U are subject to a fine of up to $25,000 and to being barred from competing in and/or attending WTA Tour and ITF Womens Circuit Tournaments and Fed Cup for up to six (6) months.
Hopefully there won't be a fine. I am not bothered if there's a ban for six months because she'll be playing most of her allotted women's tourneys next year as it is.
