Ward lost by 4 and 3. He and Goodall won their dubs match by 4 and 1, though.

Now Slabba plays Ysern, while Eaton and Josh face off.











Yang gave Udomchoke a great match, by the way. He lost by 75 36 76(2), so was unlucky to not have drawn anyone else.

Ward lost 6-4, 6-3 cry.gif

Yang lost to Udomchoke in a 3rd set TB, which is a pretty good effort from him, especially as clay would appear to be his best surface as he's RG junior champion.

Ward and Goodall beat Eaton and Slabba 6-1, 6-4, and will face Savic and Valtzer, 2nd seeds in the QF's

They're all in action again tomorrow.

Wardy lost to Statham 4 & 3 bleh - a bit unexpected and stops him getting another chance to beat the dumb choker. cry
