RE: Week 34 - US Open Qualifying - 2008.

We had 7 at USO 2005 - Andy, Boggo, Hilton, Sherwood, Marray, Parmar and Delgado.

That's my definition of "recent memory". smile.gif As I followed qualies of a tournament for the first time there.

We can easily have eight at AO 2009 - Boggo, Jonny, Rich, Baker, Josh, Eaton, Slabba and Ward.

I think there were nine Brits at Wimbledon (Goodall and 8 wild cards). If you mean outside of Wimbledon then I don't know.

Draw *should* be up in the next 10 minutes. Normally it takes around half an hour to upload them.

It's not some magic trick, you know - just a case of working out the most efficient way to extract the info from the net. Anyone can do it if they can be bothered. wink FD seems to have managed it while doing quite a complex draw for tennis tipping on MTF. (I hadn't realised that before but saw "US Open qualifying draw in progress" and thought it meant the real one so went into the thread smile)

Women's draw out, if someone else could do that, I'm ready to post the men's here with rankings if they ever put it up!

As could be expected Bloomers plays a seeded player for round 1
Richard Bloomfield GBR vs Pablo Cuevas URU (17) WR 135 bleh

However, Cuevas is mainly a clay court player but beat Baker 7-6(6) 6-3 in final round last year before losing to Andy 2-6 3-6 0-6 also lost to DeVoest last week in final round at Washington so not an impossible task for Richard if he is fit.
