I see Slabba's just lost the 1st set too - what a shocker. And if Boggo's thinking about getting back towards the top 100, he really shouldn't be losing this one. Time to wake up, boys!

I'm not totally surprised at the Slabba score tbh.....
Hippensteel is a lot, lot better than his ranking suggest. He's competed regularly this year but almost entirely in ATP and big challenger qualies and has beaten a number of top 200 players (and Kei Nishikori earlier in the year). In Jan he made the last round of Aussie Open qualifying.
I think it's unfair to say that Slabba is out of his depth at this level. Maybe its nerves in first slam event but it looks like Slabba just hasn't been able to do himself justice serving wise which is a major part of his game
