I remember see David playing Rik De Voest in Edinburgh when he was 17 He lost in 3 sets I think 6-1 4-6 6-1. At the end of the match he was talking to David Felgate obviously going over the defeat, David had fire in his belly but the last time I saw him 2 years ago in Edinburgh the fire had gone.
David was I think No 3 World Junior and I thought he would make it but sadly never cracked top 500 yet I wish someone could get David back to the "heady days" of 5/6 years ago.
