Nope, not anywhere near unless there are many withdrawals or he has a great time in Vancouver.

That list doesn't actually look that good at all, which quite a few of the players being at their best of a clay court, and there's only Malisse and Beck that I would be worried about drawig in round 1, as the rest of the field is beatable.
Haven't seen the Dehli list yet (not on MTF and haven't found it anywhere else), but if Ward is 2nd alternate then it's not going to be much stronger than the other week, so hopefully Goodall and Slabba will be seeded again for it.
il be honest with you panda, i see these 2 India challangers being the make or brake for the challanger boys, i think we need at leats on challanger win. With respect to bloomers if it had not been for that recent manchester final, i was forecasting him to retire in a seasons time.

With Goodall, yeah, the trip has to be a success for him.
Miranda is a dangerous floater in Bronx. Strange as it may seem for a Peruvian, he plays far better on hard than on clay. This year he has played three hard court Challengers and has reached the finals in two (winning one title)!
yeh both vancouver and bronx have some big names in there, i think alex would settle for a QF as they are massive points,20pts odd? interesting as i think if he hadnt injured himself against stoppini(who went to final) he would have won lexington keep on going tho boggo.
I'm hoping against hope that he'll be in Greece (list isn't out) or will do Istanbul qualies.
But it won't happen and the LTA will make him play Juniors. It's obvious to everyone that he's not good enough for the men's game, so it's a good move.
The LTA love Turkey so hopefully he'll go there. Or else maybe there'll be a change of heart and he'll get to do qualies here/get a wild card. Or maybe he could lose first round (not tanking - just a normal loss) at the Nationals and use the time to train hard/relax.
Anyway, it's more or less time that he leaves the LTA setup (not necessarily the NTC) and gets a personal coach. Eventually, they'll end up ruining him, unintentionally or otherwise.
Maybe the LTA have promised the winner of the nationals a WC into one of the ATP events next year? Or maybe Cox wanted to defend his national title?
I agree, it's unlikely, but it is a possibility, and he'll probably get more exposure winning the national title than he will be reaching a futures QF, so maybe he's looking at it that way.
He'll probably end up playing US Open juniors as well, which I still think he should do, because it's a chance to play and get used to playing Grand Slams, and if he's going to be a top player, he should do well in it (and if he wins the event, he's got a qualies WC for the next year and probably others as well given he won the event, so that's something to aim for)
