i think he just doesnt play well under expectation, such as wimby and dc really.

Tipsy has a great big-match record, but a horrible record against players he is higher ranked than, and often loses matches to players he should beat (and he is often a prime contender for a tank in a tournament...)

ATP OOP confirms that (well, not the on serve part).

ATP has intermediate rankings up and Boggo is up to 200 with his final points. clap.gif If he wins his final, he will get 18 more points and have a ranking of 186.
