Top 25 table updated at http://www.britishtennis.net/gbtop25f/currentf.htm (I thought I might as well mention that in this thread, since virtually all the data added was from Felixstowe!)

Konta and Tara! clap.gif Especially pleased with Tara - she didn't even drop the set like she normally does.

Whoooah, Jade! What she was doing in tournaments like RG and Wimbly Juniors... who knows.

Good to see Tara getting the results that she's capable of at last.

Haha. smile.gif I love the fact that Jade is through to the quarters - she deserves some glory (not that this will make the papers) given how much bad luck/bad form she has had in the last few years. Hopefully this is a new beginning to her career!

That is a great result for Jade but not so good for Naomi C.Surely ahse should have won that match with her good World ranking

Jade smilesmilesmile

Finally she seems to have got her act together this season after some very average results, and hopefully she'll finally kick on to senior level and start to rise up the rankings and show the talent she showed as a junior (and if not, then she's had a lot of success at junior doubles, so there's a doubles career there if she has to fall back on it)

Although very surprised to see her beat Cavaday, and that has to be a dismal loss for her, and this season hasn't happened at the moment
