Amanda Elliot & Katie O'Brien v Aiko Nakamura & Aravane Rezai - 2nd on Court 7

Tommorow (probably)

Mel and Anne broke early but Anne got broken after a mammoth game. 2-2.

Nice win for Mel and Katie. 90 points for reaching round 2. This will push Mel up the doubles into the top 140 i think which is another positive.

Anna Smith & Georgie Stoop were LL it seems but lost 7-6(9), 7-6(3) to Nuria Llagostera Vives & Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez.

In R2 Anne & Mel play Akgul Amanmuradova & Darya Kustova.
