Thank god we had some winners. Alot of missed opportunities gone by the wayside this British grass court season. Alot of ranking improvements gone. Now its back to futures and challengers, i just hope mos tof them can drag themselves out of these over the next year.

This means that Amanda will have almost halved her ranking in the first 6 months of this year. At this rate she could be sub 200 by the end of the year.

I haven't had a chance to look in detail yet, but if Anne is in the top 100 with less points than a man would need to get into the top 100, yet the women get 15 points for winning Wimby QR1 whereas the men get 4 (the men only get 15 if they actually qualify), the women's points must be weighted completely differently. (?)
