Jamie Murray and Jeff Coetzee are through to the final of The Slazenger Open after a straight sets victory over third seeds Marcelo Melo and Andre Sa.
Murray and Coetzee played some superb tennis to beat the Brazilian pair 6-4 7-5 and will meet Bruno Soares and Kevin Ullyett in the final. Murray and Coetzee did not drop their serve once throughout the match and put the Brazilians under constant pressure, engineering 14 break points in total and converting one in either set to claim victory.
Speaking after the match, Jamie Murray said: "We played well together today. They are a good pair but I think we definitely deserved to win that one. It's nice to be back in the final again and I'm looking forward to tomorrow."
Bruno Soares and Kevin Ullyett defeated the Australian pairing of Paul Hanley and Todd Perry 6-4 6-4. Saturday's doubles final will begin at 11.30am, followed by the singles final which will begin after 1.30 pm.
