Marcus lost 7-6 in the third. Not sure about the other set scores or about the other matches.

Gah. cry.gif

Still, that's a very impressive score against the top seed who's a brilliant grass player. I think he definitely deserves a qualies WC.

Lol, seems like a very un-democratic choice to me, surely there should have been a poll to decide the matter.

So this is where Morgan is this week! And Fitzy - Go 'ed Lad!

And Myles Blake is not bad on the green stuff apparently

It does say on the bottom of the LTA report on the wild cards.

"The wild card play-offs begin on Tuesday 10th June with the finalists in the mens and womens draws guaranteed wild cards into Wimbledon qualifying."

Be a tough game for Fitzy, Ed is a big strong boy and I reckon he could be tough on grass!

cant believe they didnt give jonny one based on his past play. but i guess if he is near enough the lvl required to progess in slam qualies he should get through here anyway.

Think Marray will get to the final of this, but his match with Eaton will be a good one and probably worthy of the final really, as the bottom half doesn't look that strong at all, especially with Bamford supposedly losing today.

Flanagan has a great shot at a qualifying WC now, which seems bizarre given that he's done nothing to deserve one, but win a few matches here.
