Yes, I definitely think this should be co-ordinated through someone. If someone wants to be accredited, they should first PM their intentions and apply once they have the go ahead.

Drew, I'd nominate you anyway as I've seen you "in action" and I know that you go about things in a professional way at these events and I'd trust your judgement on who is capable of representing us.
