Even allowing for this being on carpet and Ward having a big serve by all accounts, 4 and 4 against Dorsch is a good effort and shows a lot more promise from him, and he was unlucky to get this tough draw.

Bit of a disappointing draw but nothing disappointing about the performance.

SteveG and friends are having a big debate about whether this is carpet or not. It seems it could still be clay. Sorry if I misled anyone....
