You bringing this thread to the top again has reminded me that Boggo's win against Lu ended Yen-Hsun's 9-match Brit-bashing streak (taking him off the list of ongoing streaks) and that Sitak, who lost to Alex Ward in Astana qualifying, was on the Brit-bashed list.

I spoke to Freddie ( great bloke) at Nottingham and he said he was particularly proud of his Brit bashing streak, he even knew that Eaton was the guy that stopped the run.
With his win against Boggo today, Peter Torebko joins James Ward in =3rd place with 11 on the list of ongoing Brit-bashing streaks by active players.
Capkovic is now top of that list with 14 (I only just realised that de Chaunac won't be adding to his streak of 17 because he retired after 2010 Wimbledon qualifying - somewhat appropriately for a leading Brit-basher, his last win was against Dan Cox in QR1) but Torebko has managed all 11 of his wins since Capkovic last beat a Brit (Matthew Short and George Morgan in Loulé just over a year ago), with 8 of the 11 wins coming in the last 2 weeks.

With his 15-match winning streak against fellow Brits this year, Ed Corrie is now 9th= on the list of all-time longest Brit-bashing streaks - the best by any Brit that I can remember.
