That would be a long. long way down the Alt list for someone to get in at the last minute (Josh was Alt-22 on the last update), but he must have got moved up to the main draw for the qualifying drawsheet to look like that - maybe the fact that most of the players above him on the Alt list didn't have the tournament as priority 1 and hence probably didn't turn up for qualifying has helped. It would be good if both of them were DAs here anyway

If Milton was the top seed in qualies and no longer appears in the draw it either means he's withdrawn (boo), it's a mistake and he's still in the quali draw (meh) or he's been promoted into the main draw with a late withdrawal (yey)
I can't find any update on the situation. The qualies draw wasn't updated and the MD is still not out. Hopefully both Rice and Milton have made this trip, could be some points in it for them.

Definitely not in the qualies, the final round of which is full of Austrians & other central Europeans, a Frog & an Aussie!
Milton and Rice are indeed in the main draw here. They are both in the bottom quarter but have avoided seeds in R1, instead both get opponents with interesting consonant combinations in their names!
L32: David Rice WR 1181 v (WC) Martin Rmus (SLO) UNR L32: Josh Milton WR 1187 v Yassine Idmbarek (MAR) WR 826

Which is fitting for a tournament being hosted in a place whose name has four consonants, then a vowel and that's it.
Great chance for Rice and a half chance for Milton. I'll be incredibly glad if Rice gets the point - he's had to work so hard this year without rewards.
