I am just back from 4 hrs confidence therapy...following on from 3 two hour sessions last week....and just when I am about to get back on the horse....Bethans foul mouthed tirade puts me back weeks.....I need a drink !

I am also just back from surgey after getting my nationalistic chip removed from both shoudlers.

oops, sorry Drew. I should've realised the fragile state you are obviously in, is there anyway I can help you get back on track? A written statement declaring the supremacy of Scotland perhaps (I'm sure I could find evidence to support it historically, sources are like statistics -they can be made to say anything)? Or would that merely make things worse in your post-op rehabilitiation?

I'm just glad we are not talking about a nickname for Mr Cox!

Actually at Brighton we have a player called Dean Cox who is about 5 foot tall and everytime he does something decent the crowd sing We've got tiny Cox (to the tune of Knees up Mother Brown)!!
