Got an email from the itf super giving the score & he said it was so close a match and it lasted 150 mins...hard lines jonathan !

2 and a half hours straight sets, bummer! Jonny's surely playing at a top 7-800 level at least though and should continue to rise if he keeps it up

Hard luck Jonathan and that's a touch match to lose but it shows he can hang with a top 700 player over a long period of time and that has be very encouraging, as well as the fact he's got some ranking points out of the week.

Kinsella has a massive serve so if he is coming back to the UK for the grass season has to be an outside shout of causing a small upset if he gets a nice draw

Yes I agree. Of the two of them, Kyle is still higher-ranked but I get the impression from all the scorelines that Jonny has a bit more potential.
