RE: Week 21 - Futures F3 (10k) - Kalamata, Greece

Shame to see Bamford lose the final but him reaching a final is still a great week for him and shows that when he puts it together he can be a top 600 player.

He's got some good form going into the grass season which is good to see, and hopefully he can follow this up with some good results

Pity he couldn't do the double but a good week all the same. clap.gif Makes Illy's effort against Roshardt in the QF look good.

Good point - he's going to well deserve his break into the top 1000 at the end of RG. I think Bam Bam might just miss out on a top 700 place, but he will be up over 100 and of course any points he might gain before the end of Surby would take him higher still.

Not sure if this will be of any interest to anyone but there was quite a bit of talk about Richard Waite at the beginning of the thread and I stumbled over these two videos of him playing at a German Futures event earlier in the year:

Wow, thanks for those. He does look a little like Monfils from behind!

He trains at Niki Pilic's academy in Munich. That's where Djokovic (and his bros), Gulbis etc. come from.
