Very storng but will prob get much weaker. Anne and Katie will probably be seeded.

Many of our girls have unfinished business against Kerber!  I don't think she has played a Challenger in GB since she thumped four of our top players in two weeks.


I guess the cut will drop a lot from here and the qualies cut will drop enough to ensure that almost everyone gets in.

Qualies wild cards go to, Khan, Rae, Hawkins, Amy Askew & Emily Askew

There are a number of interesting prospects here. Jocelyn Rae has surprised a number of higher ranked players so I am hoping she can win a round or two. Katharina Brown and Yasmin Clarke have been improving this year and might make it through qualifying. Georgie Stoop and Amanda Elliott could do with a couple of wins to continue their progress towards a top 200 place. A good run would establish Mel in the top 150. Anne and Katie need to win through to the later stages to establish themselves in the top 100. Good runs by any of the girls could earn them Wild Cards at Eastbourne, Birmingham and Wimbledon.

Qualies will be a better option here, I think. She doesn't have too much of a chance against most of the main draw players.
