RE: Week 23 - Surbiton Trophy [$ 50K] 2008.

EDIT: The Hoose has nailed the summary on the head, no need for my inferior attempt.

Good results for both Josh and Alex, though not totally surprising considering their games' and suitability of them to grass.

I'll be updating the GB top 25 table with rankings implications and next opponent details as results come in, in case anyone wants to make use of it.

Steven: My one and only reaction to that table is "Wow", it is the first time that I have seen it and am overawed by the effort that you have been going to, please remember that it is very much appreciated and I will most definitely make good use of the resource!

Just to second James' comment - we old hands have become used to your piece de resistance, Steven, but we should never let ourselves become blase about it. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

Isn't that I said? wink [*Stops before editing, too embarassed to edit the post for a third time*] Thanks for reminding me, makes the results even more impressive, especially the Boggo one [very surprising result actually when this the surface is taken into account - Zverev really must be out of form to have lost so easily]

Yes, I agree that Boggo must have been on fire - he's always been like this. Plays out of the world on some days and tortures us on others.
