Alex is defending another 14 points this week, so drops 18 places to go behind Josh to 273 cry.gifcry.gif Josh climbs 5 places to 261, and is THE NEW BRITISH NUMBER THREE. Jamie climbs six places to 236.


Players dropping places are: Aranguren, Decoud, Prpic, Vacek, Rehnquist, Gensse, Okun, Ulihrach, Dorsch, Ram, Brizzi, Lopez-Jaen, Ryderstedt, Klec and Stoppini.

Alex will need to reach the quarter- finals to regain the British #3 spot, and the final to regain the #2 spot.  If he wins the tournament, he could climb as high as 206.

Players who can overtake Jamie in Qualifying:
no-one.

Players who can overtake Josh in Qualifying:
De Chaunac,  if he qualifies in Tunis.
Best case, he stays at 261. Worst case, he drops to 262.

Players who can overtake Boggo in Qualifying:
Lopez-Jaen plays Sanchez de Luna to qualify for Barcelona
Best case, he stays at 273. Worst case, he drops to 274.

De Chaunac qualifies and overtakes Josh, sending him down to 262 cry.gif
Lopez-Jaen doesn't so Alex stays at 273.

Mirnyi qualifies for Barcelon, and then loses in Round 1.
Eitzinger and Trujillo are the other players who've qualified for their tournaments.

Players who can overtake Jamie on Monday:
Prpic plays Qureshi in Lanzarote

Best case, he stays at 236. Worst case, he drops to 237.

Players who can overtake Josh on Monday:
Vagnozzi plays Biasella in Rome.
Lindahl plays Dustov in Lanzarote

Best case, he stays at 262. Worst case, he drops to 264.

What- If For Alex on Monday:
He has 130 points and is sitting at 273.

If Boggo beats Lejnieks, he'll have 136 points
He will overtake Brizzi, Ojer, Guzman, Feeney, Chen, Eitzinger and Mazarakis.
He could overtake Lindahl, if he loses to Dustov in Lanzarote.
He could be overtaken by Hrbaty, who plays Benneteau in Tunis.

Best case, he'll climb to 265. Worst case to 267.

If Boggo loses, we'll all despair, and
He could be overtaken by:
Hrbaty, who plays Benneteau in Tunis.
Ryderstedt, who plays Muller in Lanzarote.

Best case, he stays at 273. Worst case, he drops to 275.
