Morgan has avoided a seed in the main draw, but it's still quite tough:

Morgan has a fair bit of 'previous' with P-P, beating him 4 & 0 on hard in 2004, then getting thrashed back (3 & 0) on clay in 2006 before avenging that defeat on clay again later that year with a 1-6 6-2 6-2 victory. P-P has been improving though and is at a career high slightly above Morgan's own CH.

James Ward beat him in a close QF in Castelldefels recently, though P-P thrashed Rushby in Cuba in February.

4 games from Dee! The confidence of that first win spurred him on to a decent performance then against a good player - surely that elusive 2nd win can't be too far away!

Toughish draw for Morgan but he can win it if he is back to somewhere near his best, although I'd say P-P is the favourite and I think will win in 3

Well, Morgan was certainly not outclassed, but didn't manage to do a Dee, i.e. win a match in Reus.
