Could be a chance to use "Boggo's coming home" ... but only if he's actually playing of course!
Edit: Found it ... (apologies to all those who thought it should never see the light of day again ) ... and changed it to 72 years of hurt, of course.
With profuse apologies to Skinner and Baddiel, etc (though I doubt they'd mind the tune being resurrected!)
He's coming home He's coming home He's coming Boggo's coming home... (repeat x 4)
Everyone seems to know the score They've seen it all before They just know They're so sure
That G-B's gonna throw it away Double fault it away But I know they can play 'Cause I remember...
Great Britain on a shirt Davis Cup still gleaming 72 years of hurt Never stopped me dreaming
So many jokes, so many sneers But all those not-so-nears Wear you down Through the years
But I still see that volley by Hughes (*) And when Perry beat Quist Bunny belting the ball And Tuckey dancing (*)
Great Britain on a shirt Davis Cup still gleaming 72 years of hurt Never stopped me dreaming
Now I know that was then But it could be again
Because ... Boggo's coming home He's coming Boggo's coming home...
He's coming home He's coming home He's coming Boggo's coming home ...
(*) For the record, Patrick Hughes and Raymond Tuckey were the doubles pairing in the 3-2 win against the Aussies in the 1936 DC Final. History does not record whether Tuckey actually danced after they won, but we can be pretty sure that Hughes played a few volleys and Bunny Austin gave the ball a good belting more than once!

I'm afraid Booty wasn't within earshot (well, he might have been had it been quiet at the time), but he was well within 'easily recognisable' distance.
I managed to meet six people from here and/or Rusedski.co.uk last year and rather more, if somewhat fleetingly (and accidentally), from AM.com (they hunt in packs more than we do, but little chance to have much of a conversation) - the most common question I was asked "What - have you actually met sheddie, what's he like?"mainly from people I had assumed knew him much better than I did. My answer will forever remain a state secret. LOL
By the way, it really is much more fun watching a match (especially one involving a Brit) with a fellow tennis fan who's on a similar wavelength than just sat next to someone who's just there for the occasion / Pimms, etc (not that there's anything wrong with the latter!) - I highly recommend it! That applies even if it's sheddie you are watching the match with, though the drool might be a bit off-putting if it was a women's match.

James, I think it was Drew who organised the T-shirts last time so he might have the design still. But Count described it pretty accurately, there were a few of us who got them when the Britishtennis.net site was first added to the forum.
As for meeting Steven, I managed to survive the experience but then perhaps I'm made of sterner stuff than the Count?

I arranged them before. It had the BT.net logo on the back, down one arm and small chest logo. Looked great !
I wore mine in the press box at the DC tie v Holland.
I was thinking of getting a fleece with the logo for this years DC tie ?
