John McGahon is in the main draw in Romania, playing no. 3 seed Victor Ionita in R1, while Colin O'Brien has made it to the FQR in the Czech Republic.

Colin O'Brien qualified in Most (CZE) without losing a set. Unfortunately he has drawn no. 3 seed and top 600 player Marius Zay in R1.

I'm happy to post on here about any Irish players I notice while I'm going through the Futures draws checking for Brits, it that helps.

Also, to cap what wasn't the best week ever for the IRL boys, Louk Sorensen lost 4 & 2 to no. 6 seed Harel Levy in San Remo.

Did you know that if you go to http://steveghelper.com/MatchResults.php, put IRL in the first box and click Search Site Results, you'll get al the Irish results for this week and last week? It tends to lag the earliest you can find results elsewhere by about 24 hours, but it's a greart way of checking midweek that you've picked up everone in main draws and/or of checking at the end of the week that you haven't missed anything.

Colin's in the doubles semis in Most.

Thanks Steven that looks a great link and it means others can post if we ahve been away for a few days or whatever. Will use that for sure although probably for Niland and Sorenson I will try to find their results a little quicker.

Anyone know where Conor or Louk are playing this week? Can't see them in challenger entry lists and i don't think they are doing FOQ.

I think they are just taking a week off, since they aren't on the alt list for RG Q and both of this week's Challengers are in Asia.

Colin O'Brien has qualified in Jablonec nad Nisou (CZE) too, while Farron-Mahon plays a Greek WC in R1 in Kalamata.

Saw Farron-Mahon has earned another point with a good 6-4 6-1 win, maybe hes a late developer but ofcourse time will tell.

O'Brien wins 6-2 6-3 to earn another point and plays second seed Vacek in round 2 WR 439.

Unfortunately Farron-Mahon went down 6-2 6-4 in round 2.

Atleast another ranking point earned for both of them.
