Not such a great result for Barnesy but I'd still be surprised if we don't have a british winner here. It's odd to see Evo in a G4; I assume he only playing this one because it's geographically convenient.
I see that Andrew Bettles and Liam Broady have made it to the Doubles QFs giving them their first ITF Junior ranking points. This makes Liam the first '94 born British player to achieve this and Andrew the second '93 Brit (after George Morgan).
Congatulations to the both. Let's hope it's the first of many.
I think Liam Broady is only a week or so from being a '93 player but it's still a good achievement and does stand him in good stead for the future. There's only fifteen ranked 94 boys worldwide.
