I don't mind those results, apart from i feel that maybe the LL would have been better off going to George for his close scoreline today!

shame that burnham allridge got Seator and goodall eaton... personally i think eaton will beat goodall. im feeling the thornley, flanagan and Hewitt vibes too... but that is a terrible draw for fitzy!

Since it's the main draw we want to talk about, I've moved it onto the current page and taken it off the bottom of p2, where it's next to useless. LOL

I wonder when we last had 14 Brits in a Futures main draw and 4/8 qualifiers plus a LL!

L32 Q1: (1) Richard Bloomfield WR 352 v Rudy Coco (FRA) WR 615
L32 Q1: (LL) Maniel Bains WR 1059 v (Q) Peter Lucassen (NED) WR 898
L32 Q1: Ken Skupski WR 669 v (WC) Daniel Evans WR 1274
L32 Q1: (5) Miles Kasiri WR 519 v (Q) Neil Bamford WR 828
L32 Q2: (Q) Ian Flanagan WR 867 v (Q) Adrien Bossel (SUI) WR 911 - winner likely to play (3) Carston Ball (AUS) WR 359
L32 Q2: (WC) Tim Hewitt WR 1021 v Luca Vanni (ITA) WR 722 - winner likely to play (8) Olivier Charroin (FRA) WR 604
L32 Q3: (WC) Andrew Fitzpatrick WR 1408 v (6) Gregoire Burquier (FRA) WR 576 - Burquier won Tipton, so not a great draw for Fitzy
L32 Q3: (WC) Sean Thornley WR 1233 v Ralph Grambow (GER) WR 807 - winner to play winner of the match below
L32 Q3: (4) Edward Seator WR 502 v (Q) Burnham Arlidge UNR - despite Burnham's exploits in qualifying, a good draw for Edward
L32 Q4: (2) Josh Goodall WR 343 v Chris Eaton WR 651

A bit too much scope for Brits knocking each other out here, but then they do make up nearly half the draw - we'd better win that 1st quarter, eh!

I'd expect wins for Bloomers, Skupski, Kasiri, Seator and Goodall, while hoping that Bains and Hewitt can get something as well, so 6 Brits through to the second round would be the target here I think

Skupski vs Evans will be close hopefully.

Josh will wallop Eaton and shut everyone up!

I think Thornley has a chance. Been winning a lot in British Tour and Grambow has goen down down down.

Expecting another doubles title.

Thornley beat Grambow last year at Greek F1 6-7 6-3 6-1 so defo has a shout

Good luck, Fitzy - and even if you don't get this one, your draws are bound to improve!

Thanks for posting Fitzy and good luck. I think we've got confidence in you, but were just acknowledging that you weren't lucky with the draw. Like you say, give it your best shot and who knows what might happen smile.gif
