Gonzalez has pulled out and reports suggest Tsonga is out for a long time with a knee injury. This makes Andy 19th ranked player so just need the usual suspects to pull out (Roddick/Blake/Hewitt?) and Andy will be seeded here.
I would have thought Berdych was likely to pull out as well, after he rolled his ankle in the DC tie last weekend. I also remember reading somewhere that Hewitt will not be playing this one, but starting his clay campaign in Rome.
Edit - OOH! I have just seen that Blake has withdrawn.
He was the 14th seed in the end not the greatest of draws though. Thought he'd done well at first as he's avoided Nadal's half but he has got Felicano Lopez in the 1st round. Seeded to meet Djokovic in the third round if he gets that far.
I can't say I'm thrilled with the draw. He may get to the 3rd round, if he is feeling recovered from the virus, but these things take time getting over (I know, I had one the week after Easter and I'm still not right!) and I would rather he had been on the top of his form before meeting Djoko again - I really wanted the memory of those two bad defeats last year, when he was injured, to be obliterated!
I honestly don't think its a really bad draw. Lopez is best on harder surfaces and with Andy's returning game and the clay slowing Lopez' serve, i think he can win that and then Volandri, it was ripping Volandri appart tha injured Andy before so more of the same. Yes Djoko would be very tough but to be honest if Andy can reach 3rd/4th rounds of all big clay tournies and go on on the summer thats all that he needs to do to still reach top 8. I would settle for a 3rd round appearance here even if defeat followed.
