Thomaz Bellucci is in the middle of doing something fairly interesting. Between July and late October, he managed to lose 10 consecutive matches (mix of top level and a Challenger match), and since then, he has won 7 consecutive matches (and will finish his QF today).
So he has a "Mirror Image Streak" of 7 and counting, i.e. N losses immediately followed by N wins, or vice versa. What's the record for this, I wonder!
Edit: he lost in the final, so it's a MIS of 9 matches.

Andy's 'official' clay winning streak was 10 matches before he withdrew before his L16 match in Rome :
4 matches for the ATP 250 Munich title, 5 matches for the ATP 1000 Masters Madrid title and 1 win in the ATP 1000 Masters in Rome.
He did though follow this with 5 wins at the French Open before losing in the SF to Djokovic.
Re Mandy, she won 11 successive matches in February in 10Ks at Palmanova, Mallorca ( more clay although more usual for her ! )
5 wins x 2 took care of the week 6 and 7 titles, she then won her R1 in week 8 for 11 successive winning matches ( & 22 successive winning sets ). However, she retired from her R2 match after winning the first set.

JoKo has just improved on her previous best winning streak (12 in 2013, which also included a Vancouver title) - now up to 13 wins in a row as at the end of US Open qualifying

Time for a bit of an update to this thread, since Andy and Cam have both extended their current winning streaks to 12 today
As most of you know, I was out of the loop for most of last year, but JoKo extended the winning streak mentioned in the last post to 16 by reaching R4 at the US Open, so she goes equal top with Naomi on the women's list, top if you tiebreak on tournament standard.
I've also noticed that Oli Golding ended up extended his 13-match winning streak from 2013 that was marked as 'ongoing' on the list to 21 before it finally ended, though it's arguable whether it should count as an unbroken streak given the withdrawal after 13 wins. Certainly, he emerged victorious 21 times in a row when he actually went on court.
If you know of any streaks from 2015 that I have missed, please post here!

He has won 29 of his last 30 matches, encompassing the Rome Masters title, French Open runner up, Queen's title, Wimbledon title and Olympic title. Not bad
Added the ongoing 13-match winning streak for Aljaz, which is the longest winning streak not involving Futures or Satellites that I know of for any Brit other than Andy in the Open era!
